During the 1 DAY - 4 HOUR intensive, we dive deep into labor prep & pain mgmt with hands on training for you and your support person.

During our prenatal meetings we will build your birth plan, review all aspects of birthing, and prep you for a positive birthing experience and a healthy postpartum journey.

Having a baby should be a positive experience, so my main focus is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you to bring your baby into.
From the onset of labor, I am alongside you, providing constant physical and emotional support to get you through it. I teach your partner (if applicable) ways that they can support you, whether it is physical, emotional, or even their own creative way.

My job isn’t done once delivery is over. I will stay in close contact with you after your birth to provide any assistance you may need. We also have a postpartum meeting 1-4 weeks after birth.
Your mental health matters.
We will discuss what your postpartum period may look like while providing identifiers of mental health struggles.
I am also trained to assist with breastfeeding, so I will be present for the first few feedings to assist with baby's latch and positioning.
